TERMS AND POLICY

Students realize that participation in dance classes and activities could involve some possible personal injury. Despite precautions, accidents and injuries may occur. By signing up, students assume all risks related to taking group and private dance classes with Bruno Miranda (Bruno) and Fae Olga Hermann (Fae).

Students release and hold harmless Bruno and Fae from any cause of action, claims, or demands now and in the future. Will not hold Bruno and Fae liable for any personal injury or any personal property damage, which may occur on the premises before, during or after classes. Furthermore, students agree to obey the class and facility rules and take full responsibility for their behavior in addition to any damage students may cause to the facilities utilized by Bruno and Fae.

Further, students understand and acknowledge that because of the physical nature of DANCE, there may be physical contact between instructors and students during rehearsals, workshops, and especially during dance instruction. Students understand that at times for proper instruction and safety, physical contact is required and necessary.

Students authorize Bruno and Fae to use photos and videos of the students taken during their classes and events for promotional purposes.

Students acknowledge that no refunds are issued for the amount they paid for participating in teams, classes or other events organized by Bruno and Fae.

Students acknowledge that a 30-day notice must be given in order to unsubscribe from the monthly payments.

By signing up, students acknowledge they have carefully read this Agreement, Waiver, Release, & Assumption of Risk, fully understand its contents and understand that this is an assumption of risk and release of liability.
